Can still remember that Freo game where he won it for Freo off his own boot, I mean whistle

He quite clearly heard me tell him to "put that freakn whistle away Chamberlain" at that game, smiled a little - and then a minute later paid the lamest of frees to Ballantyne. Could count on fingers of one hand the number of times an umpire has cost a team a game in 40 odd years of footy watching - and that day would be one of them.

That said, he seems to have been much better lately, and don't think we're really in any position to whinge about the umps treatment of us this year.

Just saw westhoff on TV walking into the ground with the other players and the gear on. So I'm assuming he could still play but who knows...
