I'm thinking I'll get my AFL coverage from Titus O'Reilly from now on. Even if his 'facts' are mostly made up they're a lot more plausible than Barwick, Barrett and Robbo.

Once again Barwick showed he knows sweet FA about the Swans. On SEN today he was talking about Sydney not playing Kennedy this week when Hannebery was returning from injury and would be a straight swap.

Also talked about Swans having plenty to spend in the trade period as he said Goodes would certainly retire, ROK was gone (agreed by all), Malceski would go to Melbourne (offered no evidence) and ("according to rumours") Mitchell was going to Carlton. So the sum of his specialist Sydney reporting is:

Sydney will have heaps to spend on new players is based on contrary to reports (Goodes) + bleeding obvious (ROK) + supposition (Malceski) + denied reports (Mitchell)

Lucky SEN has their Sydney expert!

I wonder if Tom Mitchell reads the papers and watches Fox Footy. And reads RWO for incisive news on his career. I hope he plays this week and has a blinder.
