Doo you mean no Mitchell or no Towers? Or no Paddy Mitchell? Don't think Tom was ever planning to be there today.

Tom was originally named I believe as per ugg before the lists were anmended.

I don't know if towers is playing or not. It seems like they prob have all three emergencies in Melbourne

I know that. I was requoting a tweet. The point is that they sometimes fly back some of the senior emergencies to play in the ressies. That hasn't Been done this week. It opens the door for late changes In the seniors

              We win 18.9 117 12.11 83

Get a week off which we probably don't want. UWS finish top and also get the week off. Possibly might arrange a practice game with them like it happened earlier in the year but with their seniors finishing up next week, they might not be as keen to set it up

Where do we think the home final might be played next week? ANZ as a curtain raiser to the Qualifying Final?

I would like to acknowledge Coach Crouch. He has pulled together a bunch of kids, as well as about 10 of our own with most of the major contributors on other duties, and produced a team. A winning team at that.

Thanks for the info folks. And I would like to second Primmy's acknowledgement of Coach Crouch. From this distance he seems to have done an outstanding job and I devoutly hope the club has plans for him because if I were looking for a coach for Melbourne, he'd be near the top of my list.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Did ROK kick 6 from the midfield or FF???
The eternal connundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when David Hasselhoff punched himself in the face.

From the match report on Swans website:

"Ryan O?Keefe, who played as a permanent full-forward for the match, was another key player in Sunday?s win, with the veteran booting a season-high six goals and providing strong on-field leadership."

Read that Sydney Hills won't be playing in the NEAFL next year.
Is that Kieran Jacks' old club (Pennant Hills?).
If so that would be a pity.
