I went to to the GF in 2005 and 2012,but not in 2006. And I very likely will not go this year.

Swans beat Collingwood in the 1918 GF.
Next time the two clubs met in a GF , Swans lost.
Swans beat Richmond in the 1933 GF.
Next time they met in a GF , Swans lost.
Swans beat West Coast in 05.
Next time they met in a GF , Swans lost.

There was a ute outside my place today. It was red and white , as were the traffic cones in its tray.

I dropped a piece of toast on the floor, butter side down, this morning.
When I picked it up and turned it over,I swear I saw Kieren Jack holding up the Cup,right next to a smiling Messiah.

    Omens , schmomens.

I was really nervous in the lead-up to '05 and '12.

        I am really nervous again.

I've never been to a grand final - win or loss, but I'm going on Saturday. I don't think that's an omen, but it could be the start of one for next year

Ya gotta stay within the law , of course , but otherwise - GO MAD !! Cheer your guts outs and , like our boys , leave nothing in the tank !!!

Cheers, Swansinger - organised my ticket earlier this morning and I'm stoked! Believe me, I'll be doing my all to help will the boys onward to victory!

I'm 1 from 1 for live grand finals.

My EPL team manchester city won the league in 2012, swans won the flag in 2012. City won the league in 2014, we all know what the logical conclusion to that is...

Goodes has been delisted by the Dogs - does this mean we win the GF and our Goodes retires as well?

Tab has brought us into 1.55 hawks slipped to 2.50. That freaks me out

Their President has been talking them up today which I find unusual
You don't ban those who supported your opponent, you make them wallow in their loserdom by covering your victory! You sit them in the front row. You give them a hat! Toby Ziegler

After sleeping on it - here is my observation - yesterday was just like 2006- the weather in Melbourne was glorious, like 2006 (in 05 it was freezing and bleak as was 2012) - we went in favourites, like 2006 (05 & 2012 we weren't) can't remember who sang the anthem in 2006, but I do remember it was awful, sorry Olivia, you were a beat behind and you actually sounded nervous - Ive also heard that there were people driving down the Hume with scarves waving outside their cars, like 2006, I knew from that moment on we'd lose. Frivolous, silly, call it what you will. This time I didn't go down to Melbourne - but I feel for my friend who I gave the ticket too. I just had a feeling. I also had a car accident out the front if Princess park in 2006 on GF night after dropping a friend at the airport - last night dropping some friends home- I was stupidly nervous and there were idiots out on the road a plenty - I thought it was going to happen again. Thankfully that didn't happen. So as hard as it us - let's put it behind us, and look forward.
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................
Chickens drink - but they don't pee!
