                I just fear that as we have no experience at doing this, that we will come across as a pale imitation of what Port did last weekend. :/

                                Get it started and they will come......and contact Swans media too. Get them on board. Have a specific start point that will cater for y ou all, and a specific start time.

                                            Suggest everyone make sure you click attending on the event then share it to those you know are coming.

                                            I'm thinking of messaging Belinda with a few suggestions - involve the cheer squad, contact the club, post on cyggy's facebook page, hit Twitter etc etc. Does anyone have any other suggestion you think I shoudl include?

                                            JF - maybe I could pass on your contact details if you're comfortable (and send them through via PM)?
