Swans game on TV/computer

Does anyone know where I could get a copy of the Swans v Port and/or Swans v Geelong games from this year on TV? I've got an MCE, so any computer format is fine.

Would love to watch the Swans at their finest this year.

I have them on my DVR but have not been able to find a way to rip them off the hard drive.
