Yep, thats the only feelin' I have at the moment.
Maybe by about round 5 if we are sitting atop of the ladder at 5 zip with a 250+ percentage I'll be feelin' a bit better!

I don't get why people like the new Noble Stand. The Members and the Silver Service Restaurant have taken over the middle tier and you are not allowed to sit in your preferred areas, the SCG have baggsed all the good seating, the upper deck is like sitting in a iced wind tunnel - its been built to gather the breezes during a hot summer and not to protect attendees from freezing during winter (and I have sat in the Noble since 1997! and loved it, except for the stairs) I did so want to go back to my usual lair.

I am heading over to the Trumper again, full of Swans members who get their beer during the breaks, not when Buddy et al is charging down the ground for a goal, and dont feel a great need to discuss the woes of work/girlfriends/boyfriends non stop, and with plenty of protection from the elements, a decent cup of coffee, and the occasional takeaway but I usually bring my own anyway.

I find it quite shortsighted of the SCG trust that they didn't factor in the winter conditions when redesigning the stand. Especially considering the crowds at the Swans games

Some have seen an unfortunate conflict of interest in that the chairman of trustees for the SCG is also the president of GWS.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Its so retarded because its so simple to solve. All they should have done is what is common place around the world - designed the back of the top stand so it could opened - thus allowing the breeze through in summer and when needed for turf growth, but being able to be closed off for Winter.

I preferred the Red Zone when it was at the other end of the ground to be honest during the redevelopment.

I have just changed my families membership from Red Zone to GA. We get to sit in the Trumper again, keep Premiership Club and save $540 over the four memberships. Pretty happy with that!

What is the reserved seat with the gold and platinum packages? Does that mean you sit in the same seats, every game? Or does it mean they allocate you seats in advance so its not "first in first served", but would be sitting in different seats each time?

Same seat every game. So by the end of the season you either love or hate the person sitting in the seat beside you! (Assuming they are also a member.)

                      Membership

So I have received my Vic Premiership Membership today and it entitles me to 5 Vic Away Games + 3 Home Games but does not admit to Simmonds Stadium, considering there are only 4 games in Vic + the Simmonds Stadium Game it is a bit disappointing. I think it is about time that other swans games at other venues are included if the AFL cant give the swans 5 games in Melb.

Has anyone had two membership cards arrive, one on its own attached to a letter and another with the full pack? We did. Different seats too - our old seats from 2014 and earlier and new seats we switched to because our group got larger.
Captain, I am detecting large quantities of win in this sector

Considering the amount of money that was spent upgrading Simmons, it is pretty ordinary.
~~$360 for 4 games and a chance at the big dance. it's getting a bit pricey.

$360 for 4 games?! Red Zone for 11 games is around the same price!!

Dos Red Zone give you a guaranteed GF ticket if swans make it 'cos that is the only reason I choose Premiership Membership?

I received my AFL membership card today and it has Buddy on it. Unfortunately the background is of the GF and there are cheering Hawthorn fans in the foreground ????.
Not something that I want to be looking at during the season!
