      No. AJ wasn't there.
Macca made a big mention of him in his speech; how he hasn't complained once, how he motivates them, how he trains in the gym all day by himself.

All the babies are due well before finals time.

The McGlynns and Kennedys are due in about six weeks.
There's another one due soon after (I'm trying to remember who it will belong to).
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

Why did they put the tall ones in the front row? (Pyke, TomD and Toby?)
They were standing on the floor ... the rest were on a two tiered stage.

Plus, the rucks came out last (after the midfielders).
Each group was introduced by their respective coaches.

Could it be Florencia Bonet, Mike Pyke's partner, having a second child? I got that idea somewhere, might be wrong.

Annie, have you had a chance to 'present' Josh Kennedy with the RWO Troy Luff Medal for the 2014 season? If so did he have any reaction?

Huh?? Think you had better have another read of the thread heading CW. Too much vino with dinner?

To come to CW's defence, I moved the "offending" posts from the KT thread to this one. Not sure if baby talk entirely belongs here either but seemed to be a bit of a better fit.

All is forgiven then CW. Vino was not the culprit, it was just Liz wielding her moderator's baton.

I assume the imminence of babies was obvious at the "gurnsey" presentation dinner and with the promise of at least one boy from this imminence, the possibilities of sons to follow their fathers into Swans glory made this topic very suitable for RWO.

                    Anyway, that's my defence.

No problem with discussion of babies. Just a mere rearrangement of where discussion was happening. Of course if Courtney Hancock were pregnant...

Andrew Pridham gave a longish but absorbing historical overview of the club's fortunes. It seems that Eddie McGuire was partly responsible for the 1945 Bloodbath!
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Living in Courtney's home community I have heard from a number of family friends (Surf clubs are often one big family) that there is no relationship, they are just friends, and the media, in their fashion, won't let the truth get in the way of a good story. :-)

Wasn't it Eddie that hit Bob Pratt with the brick truck before the 33 grand final?

Someone would have to get their act together and produce it first.
