I'm starting to be swayed by this arguement. He showed some promise prior to his big contract but since then has shown nothing. I know that Horse loves him because "he does the things off the ball, such as shepherding, that get un-noticed", but I have been looking for these acts and I can't see them. Should have traded him to the Dogs when he had some currency.

Not really the conditions for a big marking player to consistently hold them. He'll come good. Thinks like a footballer & has athletic ability so, IMO, has a bit on Jesse (who didn't always think like a footballer - I have faith he'll get the confidence to become a good player for us.
