I've got another word for it...Disappointing.
Towers has been given many opportunities and has shown bugger all. He's like a bunny in the spotlight.
I can only assume it's Horse's obsession with speed that gives him a game over others like Robinson and Bird for starters.
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it's time to pause and reflect... MT
Can't say that I'm wrapped at the decision for towers to come in for heeney.
I think towers has had plenty of chances. Cunningham is above him in my opinion but I would have chosen a debutant like Robinson or even rose as a sneaky outsider
Towers will probably be the sub, looking to replace Goodes late in the game. We usually choose someone with pace who can play forward, and Towers fits the bill. The decision may have been influenced by Dean kicking 2 nice goals in the NEAFL game, one from a tight angle and the other from around the 50.
I would have given Hiscox the call up. He could really burn off some tired players late in the game.
Fuming!!! Dean is fast and a good kick but a turnstyle tackler and nil contested footy. Harry is similar and is a fair tagger but both disappear in games. Horse hates Tom and bags him every game. Rhyce will torch the ball and Goodesy plays in front of the ball, still classy and steal a few goals. If we win its effort if we lose never points out to repeat offenders but Tom.
