    Brandon Jack

I only just realised BJ has only just turned 21

Thought he was so much older for some reason - he has done well to get 18 games under his belt so soon then.

This sounds harsh but I was thinking maybe he was on the way out but I have a feeling he may just need a little more time to develop. One thing he does have is genuine pace so maybe if Jetta leaves (not that I want him to) he could fill that speedy outside role.

I just love the way that we make our players pay their dues in the ressies to learn the Swans way, unless you are Heeney and are an absolute freak of course

I'd say he s a big chance to be delisted at the end of the season

it would seem that way. He showed some really good glimpses in his first year on our list, it's a shame he hasn't come on faster. Seemingly he's gone backwards or at least stagnated pretty badly.

I'd be surprised if another club didn't give him a chance if he is in fact delisted, ex-Swans seem all the rage these days

i suspect given our most likely strategy of picking up mills and Dunkley that we see a higher retention of current players

Brandon could improve significantly over the next 12montgs given his late start

He bettered his 3km by 30 seconds last pre season

I think they should keep him .
He's needs more time in the ones to come on and be around the best players .

He isnt getting in the best players in the magoos, so not sure how he gets a game in the seniors or how he will retain his position on the list.

I think if you look back Keiren took a long time to develop so they may give him a bit longer

Was Kieran as young as Brandon when we rookie-listed him?

He'd be playing in a lot of teams. We'll get some injuries throughout the year. Just has to make the most of his chances when they arise.

I don't think BJ so far has developed as well as the club probably hoped he would have - but he is still young, and I expect we will give him at least 2016 as well to prove himself.

He just seems to struggle when taking the step up to Seniors to really contribute significantly, and to really put in a performance that makes it clear he is going to make the grade (albeit with limited opportunities in many of his seniors games so far). But it took Kieran a long time for it all to click, so patience is definitely required with BJ.

Mate I'm going to disagree and state that it is way to early to say given his upside and given that if we are going to compare BJ vs KJ at the same age I think BJ has more strings it his bow and has played more games then kizza in a period where our side the last few years is way more dominant to break into vs 2007

I thought that was what I was saying. I hope he is give at least another year after this to continue his development. His main asset of course is his pace

I watched with avid interest how he played in the fourth quarter last week. I think he did a good job. He's a thinker.. maybe he even over-analyses.

Robbo got a 99.2 ATAR and Brandon got 98.1. Maybe our 0layrrs think too much. Robbo likes more like a complete player then Brandon.
