Well summed up! Reg's game today was awesome, I was even shocked how good he was. He would get my BOG. Good Luck Sneds! Always remember your effort in the last quarter of the 2005 preliminary final. Big Mike Pyke is not a spent force, just letting the critics know. And as
for Heeney. Just WOW is all you need to describe him.

I felt that Ladler has also contributed nicely and young BJ looks like he belongs........

It is interesting re BJ as there greater percentage of supporters didn't rate him much and to his credit he has fixed up his decision making and offensive defence pressure !

A side benefit of the win was that Dermie picked the Saints and that looks a bit silly now!

        Go the mighty Bloods!!

I thought that was a super win from our boys. We just beat the team that drew with feeling last week who in turn beat us convincingly a month ago. Footy is a strange game sometimes but there was a lot of positives I think.

It was good to get buddy and rohan back into the team. I think the win this week was actually better than last week because the team effort this week I feel was much more even and the disposal quality up. Efficiency was up to 78% from 73 last week. The defenders were terrific. Reg has had a very good month and looks like a different player to last year. He has remembered how to take contested marks.

And speaking of contested marks Pyke has been impressing me too. Last couple of weeks I've noticed he has been much better around the ground than all year. He took 3 contested marks and kicked 2 goals. That's what we need from pykie.

Buddy will be better for the run. He needs two games coming into the finals. Much better to get him game ready now than throwing him into the finals out of match fitness

I'm overall very happy. Sad to see smith tweak his hammy. He has been looking very good too lately. Hopefully it's not very bad.

Look earlier in the season and most of last year he looked out of his depth. He fumbled the ball and hit the ball too hard. In other words he left the bloody thing behind or fumbled. He didn't slow and steady as he hit the ball and didn't slow and steady before kicking. He has improved incredibly. Today he hit the opposition with such force he almost knocked one guy out. He generally delivered well and if he didn't panic in the third could have kicked a wonderful goal.

The turnaround has been remarkable, I also love the way he tackles. Just 2 months ago he looked like a fish out of water. Same for Zak Jones. He looks 100% comfortable now.

Nice return to form for some players. Particularly Pike. Our ruck problems from a few weeks ago have disappeared.

                  Injuries are our only worry.

Heeney is going to be a gun.

He is quick and has a huge leap so plays tall, has the agility of a cat and his hands are like a vice...

Agree to re Zak, he was one we needed to come on well this year and he should be playing finals. BJs development has been phenomenal really, he looks like he belongs now.

Harry C has been my most improved, him and Heeney as small forwards for the foreseeable future for mine. And Rampe continues to impress both with his on field development and impeccable grooming

Agree completely, Pyke took some good strong marks and is hard to match up on. He struggles as first ruckman but his current role is very good

And I do believe we are starting to see why we shelled out the money we have for Tippo, his work rate is immense and the work around the ground seems to be giving him more mobility and confidence when he goes forward.

All but written off a month or so ago, we may well do some damage in September

getting our team flowing with our constant rotation of midfield, HBF and resting midfield forwards have taken a bit more effort then expected in 2015

I have really enjoyed watching our evolvement of players moving thru our HBF lines and Jetta, Harry and K Jack in particular today

Except they have the minor premiership sown up, and will likely leave half their side at home.

We'll need everything to go right to beat them in Perth.

Dockers are vulnerable I believe. i don't think they are unbeatable in Perth. This is not 2013 and they are not going to kill our game like they did then. Pressure was applied in the GWS game and again today but we didn't fold. We have a better understanding of pressure since the Hawks game I think. We were playing like crap then but not now. don't understand the turn around but I certainly like it.

I don't believe we will lose to the Dockers in Perth. If we were playing the Eagles I'd be a bit more worried if they had all their defenders in.

The saints were like witches hats, but our run & play on looked really good. Fingers crossed we can keep it up!

I'm with you. I would prefer to play the dockers in week one than either west coast or the Hawks.

Freo are beatable if we play our best and don't lose the mental battle.

Funnily enough if you had the choice to pick another top 8 team that you had to play on their turf in a final you would probably pick Freo, despit ebeing minor premiers they seem the least dangerous.
