If Towers had managed to convert that late shot, I would've formally taken back the nasty things I said about him earlier in the year. Still, he has been good though, and he probably deserved a free kick after being forearmed in the head by Hill.

"Luck?" ... what's luck got to do with it apart from Reid ... lots of endeavour ... but typical lack of composure / skills under pressure ... if Towers can look half decent (and it really isn't more than that), nothing much good is happening on the skills front...Rohan can't even get a touch ... will never quite understand that guy as a player ... Jack yet to make a good decision or be clean at the ball ... McGlynn clearly underdone for a game like this and really at 30 probably has little more to offer ... Goodes, Kennedy, Mitchell, Tippett especially trying hard but fumbling is our specialty ... despite everything only 3 goals down. Miracles do happen.

Agree. Really proud. Just need to capitalise on shots for goal. Need more from Rohan, Mcglynn. Been happy with Zac Jones' touches as well. Another half like that with straight kicking and we're home.
