Yeah just wonder why after all these years of loyalty and apparent excellent judgement Harley comes along and after a couple of years the swans and Gibbs can't agree on a contract yet Ginbs wants to stay. Wonder what is going on at the club sounds destabilising.

What happened at Carlton was destabilising this is just a chance to get a new doctor in who is more up to date on the latest practices, most doctors don't stay at clubs for 18 years anyway
