Is the position of Academy Coaching Director different to the position of Academy Head Coach? Where does Michael O'Loughlin fit into the above structure?

Just remember Kirky, we bomb it into the forward line, 2 or 3 to 1!!!!

NEAFL development coach Nic Davis, Reserves Coach Rhyce Shaw.

I'd buy tickets to those training sessions.

Why do we have a former midfielder as forwards coach, a former forward as midfield coach, and a former forward/ruck as defense coach?

New ideas worked last year. Get our defenders to kick to the corridor to the opposition. There is coaching and real coaching, that was our best idea! Or was it the 'play on' game trying to kill our players with hospital passes. Both will work if players are coached properly not told what to do. That is the difference.

O'Loughlin is still the Head Coach of Elite Talent his position doesn't change, Crouch will do what Blakey does for the senior side "Coaching Director" no clue what it is..

Like Kirky coaching forwards maybe work on a structure that works, working with kirk will do Buddy Reid well in different ways

The only question mark is Playfair he had the best forward line in competition and couldn't get it firing for two years, will be interesting to see how he goes with an ageing backline
