All games will be at the SCG this year!

It's official now. The remaining 3 games that are supposed to be played at ANZ stadium have now been relocated to the SCG:

    Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
Suppose we won't see you again Barry?

Pity the poor collingwood army. If our membership numbers keep growing, there'll be nowhere for them to sit.
    Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyy. Again.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

Now that R1 has been moved does that mean Goodsey farewell will be changed or remain as is

Hope it stays as is! I've booked flights from Melbourne for Round 3 and I know fellow Melburnians that have booked flights and accommodation based on Goodesy's farewell being in Round 3.

This is a great move for the club!

I hope so, doing it in front of the scum supporters doesn't feel right, plus people will have made plans specifically for this game

Hopefully finals (if we make it) are SCG also this year. Sorry (no I'm not) to Mike Fitzpatrick.

According to the AFL website, any finals will be still played at ANZ and it's up to the AFL to negotiate any change. Hmm, I suspect that we might hear some more on that issue.
