Umpires deplorable so far. No consistency at all. Something really needs to be done about these high frees, Giants are ducking and dropping their knees at every opportunity and the umps are falling for it.

I agree I really dislike the ducking and dropping the knees high frees especially when the legitimate high frees are not paid.
We started slow but settled half way through the quarter.Comment

I'm hopeful the Giants will have run out of steam by half time - we have to be cleaner with our disposal and not panic and bloody MAN UP!!!

The Giants won't run out of steam, but we need to slow things down because they run out of patience...They'll beat us at this running game...we need to slow things down because the Giants don't know anything about defence...they're all attack...

Lloyd does my head in and add Jones to that as well (I know I'll cop a spray from some here!) and the frees & HTB are somewhat inconsistent ! We are being destroyed by the umpires. Two sets of rules or there at the moment.He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.Comment

In the back seems to have disappeared tonight...look the AFL have to try to manufacture a 'rivalry' here, so it's no surprise that the umpiring is iffy..nonetheless, the Swans are playing badly...Comment
