    Rather than watch Fridays nights AFL snorefest, I suggest we all dust off the 2012 GF DVD and remember just how good AJ was in that game.

      And that it was AJ who had the last kick of the game!

      The club sometimes auctions off special occasion jumpers like the commemorative ones that will be worn on Saturday night. If Saturday's jumpers are put up for auction, I'd imagine there'd be considerable interest in AJ's!

        I'm sure they will auction off the ones from Saturday night - I reckon AJ's will bring as much money, if not more than any of the rest except perhaps the budster.

          I imagine it will bring in substantially more than anyone else -including the Budster.

            All the guernseys are up for auction tomorrow or Saturday. AJ's will clearly go for the most. This is one of those individual moments you will look back on for years to come. Jack's might be popular if it's his last game

              Some very happy/sad memories (before the AFL started screwing us over);

                I'll be interested to see Liz - the budster appeal will always be huge, even with the monumental interest surrounding AJs!

                  AJ is more swan than Buddy can ever be, that's not to say Bud isn't a swan. AJ is just another level in every swan supporters heart (that i personally know).

                    I hope the don’t auction off AJ’s jumper and he gets to keep it. He earned it

                      Remember the number 1736. That’s the number of days since the 2012 GF.

                        Not 2136?

                          Forget 1736. Remember 2136

                            1736 was the number of days between games (i.e. his neafl comeback last year). 2135 I believe is the correct number for Saturday, but some are saying 2136?

                              I make it 2135. If I played yesterday and again today, I'd say it was (Aug 3 - Aug 2) = 1 day since my last game. If I counted from the start of Aug 2 to the end of Aug 3, I'd say 2 days have passed. Maybe some people are doing that. Or maybe they're just counting wrong

                                I don't care if it was 2135 or 2136. It is still an awfully long time.
