They're lucky not to be further down than 11 points. Terrible disposals, wasting forward surges. Papley literally has 0% kicking efficiency tonight. We won't beat the Hawks like this. Umpires haven't been kind, either.Comment

I really really really hate hearing Bruce commentating hawks games. It is so nauseating.
We are struggling big time at the moment as I suspected it would happen at some stage. Hopefully we can hold on and not let the lead get too far away.
Any chance we can get a holding the ball??
Where's Kieren? I think I have seen him once.Comment

Benny has really lost it!
Can't believe he is back in the side.
Time to make the call on himdoof-doof

That was the Hawks dominating possession via their spread kick and catch at their best in the second half
But they didn't get much reward
11pts ahead only
Fascinating 3rd qtr coming up"be tough, only when it gets tough"

I just loved how quickly he shut the @@@@ up when Cyril missed the kick after he'd done his business anywhere on that decent mark.I really really really hate hearing Bruce commentating hawks games. It is so nauseating.

That was an utterly abject quarter - close to our worst all year. Surely we can't play that bad in the last 2 quarters - at least we are only 11 points down, it could be so much worse. Almost everyone were passengers in that quarter - just terrible. I hope Horse gives them an almighty rocket at half time or the dawks will flog us."You get the feeling that like Monty Python's Black Knight, the Swans would regard amputation as merely a flesh wound."Comment

We aren't holding our marks, Hawthorn nail theirs almost every time.
And our tackles aren't sticking, need to go in harder and hang on tighter. He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)Comment

I couldn't believe we picked him on the basis of what I saw in the ressies last week.He got plenty of the ball in that match but hacked it around like nothing else, and is continuing in the same vogue tonight.
Towers and Papley having awful games as well."You get the feeling that like Monty Python's Black Knight, the Swans would regard amputation as merely a flesh wound."Comment

McGlynn is a hard nut, that's why he is in the side tonight. I love Benny, little man, big heart.Comment
