Five greatest moments in Sydney Swans history.
1. Leo Barry mark in 2005 Grand Final
2. Nick Malceski goal in 2012 Grand Final
3. Tony Lockett point after the siren in 1996 Prelim
4. Nick Davis final goal in 2005 semi
5. Lewis Jetta goal in 2012 Prelim
Great little segment. Good of Lingy and Sanderson to appear in it too. I remembered Ablett and Hall both working so hard to keep it in and get the stoppage in front of goal but I had forgotten Leo Barry's huge hit out as 3rd man up to get it forward. That whole passage of play still gives me tingles.

I think 5 should be Marty Matners tackle in the 4Q which kept the ball near our 50

I thought of adding Mike Pyke's kick off the ground to Jetta that ended with Mal's goal. But there are too many moments like that. If Luke Ablett hadn't kept the ball in, and Barry Hall doing the same, the 72 year drought would NOT have ended. Or Sneiderman running rampant against the Saints the next week.

Would we have any moments pre Sydney that would qualify ?
I've got the audio of 3AW of those last few minutes, too. It's so funny it's worth seeking out on YouTube.
But seriously, will there ever be a time when I can watch that without having tears in my eyes?
Leo was legendary - and Mal - but the unexpected nature of the win over the Cats had me partying till dawn and I'm still overjoyed that I was there.
This!!!! It was , I believe, one of the most intense passages of play ever. And to see what Nick Davis did right before our very eyes still to this day amazes me. Without him, the 72 year drought could have been gone on to 79 years instead!
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................
