    Bye before the finals

I hated the bye, lost momentum after the regular season build up.

Now both PF losers went out after winning in wk1 and having just the one game in just under 4 weeks.

I know they wanted to avoid a repeat situation like Fremantle a couple of years ago who rested 9 or 11 of their top 22 in the final round, but I think the extra bye is a bust (even though it probably helped both us and the Doggies).

    Thoughts?

2 teams that have played 3 weeks in a row are in the GF. Footy players love playing every week.

How do you think it helped us? I see the benefit for the doggies but can't think of anything it did to help us.

Don't think it will be there next year.
