Macca is under contract and is not really that old given how players are still going well at his age. He's probably on at least 500k. Can't see why he should give that up. He's just shy of the magic 300 game mark and we will probably make another tilt at the premiership.

He must feel he has an appointment with destiny.

I think we will try to pick up another ruckmen through the rookie draft, unless we look for a very experienced backup from somewhere, on the knowledge they will definitely only be a backup.

I'm sure we are keen to keep Nank, but if a club comes a knocking offering guaranteed first team football, then we will do hard to keep him. I rank him above Sinclair to be perfectly honest, but just behind Naismith and Tippo, and I don't think you can play all 3 in the same team.

I presume that it is a preliminary cull and there will be more after the trading period depending on whether suitors can be found for Towers etc
