It's going to be cold and damp down at Sleepy Hollow tonight. Swans now firm favorites with the punters.
My Tip is Cats by 25. Good luck Swannies!

If it is expected to rain, that surely calls into question the selection of Buddy AND Reid AND Tippett AND Sinclair?

It would make sense to swap one of those out for a smaller player, probably Robinson. Robinson might be handy as a "lock-down forward" on Tuohy, who has had a great season for the Cats and provides a lot of their drive from the backline. It's a role that someone like Hewett could perform too, but with Kennedy absent, I expect Hewett will be needed in the midfield.

I think 2% chance of precipitation today means its expected not to rain (and now the % is 0% - forecast geelong - Google Search)

Had a lot of rain last night. I'm betting it will still be very soggy underfoot.

I'm more nervous this week than I was last week.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

I'm nervous every week after going 0-6 v Carlton.

I wonder if they'll pull a change and swap out one of the talls (Sinkers) for Robinson.

I'm still amazed that Foote is named as an emergency and not you know who

Am flying down for the match at 3.30 from Sydney - plane better be on time....
Not overly confident, but will say Swans by 9.
Hope they've done some goal kicking work this week.....

cold and wet - I hope they've brought long studs for their boots.

Do the Swans have a long sleeved guernsey - don't think I've ever seen one.

Good luck tonight boys; no cute stuff. Just play footy.

If its going to be cold and wet.. why do we have some many talls? Tippett, Sinclair, Reid? Maybe one will be a late withdrawal and you know who can sneak in at last!!

Nick Malceski wore a long sleeved guernsey early in his career. You're right, just play the ball and keep it moving our way, especially if it's wet underfoot.

Lewis Jetta also on occasion. I noticed a few Carlton players in long sleeves last week. Might be back 'in fashion'.

I'm pretty confident. Should win even though we have no Kennedy. Geelong are a five goal better side with Dangerfield. I don't rate them that highly without him imo they'd be fighting for 8th spot if they never had him for the season

Yes, Bradley Seymour never played a game in a short-sleeved Guernsey.
Jetta wore it a few times when it was bone chilling cold.
