Yes, but I can imagine a best of both worlds situation, where the Pies finish bottom and their only wins are against GWS and Hawthorn. Possibly one or two more, against Essendon and Carlton.Comment

Am at the Hawthorn game and they are looking very quick. Impey in the forward line has added speed plus they have Cyril and Puopulo.
McEvoy has been best on ground...how nice would it be to have a ruckman like that!

Great to see we play both these teams twice (NOT), although if we want to play at the pointy end of the season it is a necessity.
Have to say I am a little bit over the gushing of Tom Mitchell (although this has nothing to do with him leaving us) as I am also over the same thing with CYRIL.Comment

I know it's been commented on before, but I wonder whether Chris Scott has yet realised how much of a dork he looks riding every umpiring decision as if he were a barracking fan. Most coaches will sometimes react when they think a horrendous one has gone against them, but they don't bang the table in glee every time their team actually does get a free.
I really liked Clarkson's reaction at the end of the game. Rather than stand up, jump up and down and bang the glass (which Scott would have done had the result gone the other way), he just sat motionless for an age. It wasn't unlike Longmire's response after the Essendon game last year.Comment

C.Scott strikes me as a smug know all unlike his brother.I know it's been commented on before, but I wonder whether Chris Scott has yet realised how much of a dork he looks riding every umpiring decision as if he were a barracking fan. Happens quite a lot. Umps seemed to help fuel their comeback. Found myself barracking for Hawks!Comment
