Unfortunately most of the players going missing in our losses have been our big guns (Kennedy, Parker, Hanners etc.), our fringe players have generally been pretty good this year.Comment

I suggest you go back and watch the last quarter of both those games again. Particularly against the Hawks he was fantastic all through the last quarter and a key contributor to us getting over the line.
I agree he was very quiet during the first three quarters against the hawks and very poor in middle two against Geelong (IIRC - he was ok in the first qtr too in that game). No-one is "on" for all four quarters, but if he could be more consistent then I think he could be a great player.
I would argue he's playing better than Papley at the moment.Comment

That would mean Horse's excuse was a very complicated lie when he said that Harley had once bruised his heel that kept him out for quite a while so he knew how frustrating it could be.Comment

Can I nominate Ronke as the new whipping boy if he kicks fewer goals on the weekend? Of course, he'll get a week off criticism if he can just do a bit better that he did last week.Comment

I can see how that could mutate online.Comment

An achilles is a nasty injury and from what we've heard Buddy has been walking around fine but not been able to fully run. If he had an achilles injury he wouldn't be doing any of that.Comment
