Carlton playing above their form level and Swans playing down to their SCG home ground form level. Hey Barry maybe we should go back to ANZ to regain our home ground advantage ? Suspect we should actually start playing to our ability in the second half to win by seven goals but not assuming anything.

Any chance our midfield might turn up this season?

Have to give it to Carlton they are pressuring us and running much better than we are. Plus they are straighter in front of goal.

What has happened to our tackling this year? Too many broken tackles.

Can we please stop kicking it straight to their spare player in the 50!!

Would like the umpires to keep an eye on Carlton holding our mids during the ball ups. Twice that quarter Kennedy and then Hewett were held and they couldn't go for the loose ball so the Carlton player just waltzed in and grabbed the ball.

Worst half of footy by us in a long time. The field kicking is horrible as are our set shots. Deserve to be behind.

Lloyd is having a howler. Appears he is being tagged as is Rampe.

Unless Newman has a blinder in the 2nd half he is back to the 2's next week; insipid disposal and just doesn't like the hard stuff. Gets a stack of stats in the 2's but the one's looks above him.

Seems when Marsh gets his hands on the footy he continually gets himself into trouble.

I would love to see Hanners turn it on in the 2nd half but he looks slow and is not reading the play. He is a chance to get run down every time he gets it. Rumour in Melbourne this week was he is looking to come back to Melbourne.

Yep, we have our share of passengers.

I've decided I really dislike us playing Friday night games. They are always close games!

                I tend to agree.

Someone playing on Liam Jones might help too.

Umpire sucked in by that play acting from Wright.

All the rule tweaks that the AFL bring in to stop certain issues, like dropping the legs and raising the arm to initiate high contact, a la Selwood, seem to go out the window for the Swans. Really frustrating!

Umpiring is frustrating but our own kicking and lack of effort is what is keeping them in it.

Our midfield is having a poor year.
Been impressed with Cunningham and Sinclair.

our style of play we are evolving to dominates who we pick and that has meant it has been challenging to oust players like young Florent etc

We have more run in our transitions this year and that isn?t Newman?s go

Newman has many strong qualities but he is behind other emerging run and carry players

                                Sinclair just gets better !
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................
