It's been exciting watching Florent tonight. He's really asserting himself. More evidence of his development. Looking like a real leader. That said, his execution has let him down at times. He's gone for bold options but not executed them perfectly or judged them brilliantly. That will come with time and experience, I expect.

Oh dear....we better get our act together...we need the percentage and it would be a shame to waste such a good start. Well done to the Saints for fighting back...

Don't want to sound hard to please but some of the umpiring has been ordinary this quarter......

That Buddy kick was heading straight between the posts as soon as it left the boot.

Nice hit up of Hayward too.

The potential upside of Will Hayward is huge! An absolute gun in the making.

Lloyd has shown a lot of courage repeatedly going back with the flight tonight, especially for a little fella.

I?d like to see us break our best last quarter score (17.4 vs the Saints 1919)!
Ta. Though if we emulate that tonight, the Saints may need to lose 4 or 5 players.

Hanners 7 possessions so far......still off the pace.

On the number 7, that's how much percent we have gained to half time.

I?ve said it once or twice before but Hayward reminds me so much of Luke Breust, if not even better in the air. If so, we?ve got a hell of a player.

Hanners 7 possessions? I saw him touch the ball perhaps 7 times but can't remember an effective possession ... no pace at all ... a bit sad. Many good things but opposition is very poor.

St kilda are horrendous defensively... just horrendous. At times like a training drill. First half of that quarter was sloppy from the swans though.

Hope we keep the foot on the pedal and crush them....

I'm not getting carried away with this tonight, I'd like to see us keep going to get the percentage. It's obvious that Saints are rebuilding and have a lot of young players. No reason to get too excited, but I do enjoy a stress free footy weekend...Hanners really doesn't seem to be right. He is obviously giving off the ball when under pressure, he doesn't seem to think he can outrun his opposition. Does he have a leg/back injury? Not really himself at present.

Buddy is just a fabulous player, he is a joy to watch when he is on fire like this. And his team play is great.
