Swans chat Who is Tony Peake?

Saw on the TV a couple of days ago mention that Adam Goodes and Micky O were at the SCG to honour Tony Peake (not sure about the spelling).
Does anyone know more about this as there has been no mention of this on the Swans website?

I saw that TV show, too, Yvonne. Caroline Wilson on ABC's Offsiders program mentioned it.

Am wondering if the Tony Peake mentioned is the Tony Peake of this article.

Although it doesn't state it in this article, further Googling has shown that this Tony Peake - through his position at Price Waterhouse Coopers - has been heavily involved in programs focussing on indigenous people in schools and the workplace. Perhaps he has worked with the GO Foundation?
