Bit unfortunate really but gee all the Essendon supporters shown on TV have been seriously, ahem, rabid. Bit too much of a sense of entitlement from that crew!

Hmmm, I wonder what the Bombers fans would be like, if they were losing the free kick count 9-4? Hopefully we get to find out next quarter. Though that would be long odds.

Typical Essendon clueless crowd. They booed when we got a free kick downfield even though Jones was slung to the ground. Aliir robbed of a blatant push in the back but when it happens to them it is a free.

Be handy if those posters were goals.

Yeah but that doesn’t offset the fact that he gets reported in the first 0 seconds and nearly everytime doesn’t dispose of the ball quick enough resulting it either 1) he gets caught - then sooks about it - or 2) any clear team mate is no longer clear so he has to hack it forward invariably resulting in a turnover. Or he does a dinky 1m handball to a teammate under pressure to cause another turnover.

I heard on the radio that Jones was reported before the bounce. What did he do?

The crowd is sooking big time here. Reminds me of the game a few years back when they booed the umpire after he was knocked out.

They are rejoicing about Buddy being beaten by Hurley. He needs a goal for his confidence and to stick it to the Essendon supporters.
