#AFL Rd 20 Swans v Collingwood, SCG, Sat 4 Aug 7:25pm @SydneySwans #AFLSwansPies
Much better. Makes so much of a difference when we take on the game and occasionally roll the dice. Come on swannies - do it for harry's 100, for aj's miracle return and the bloods of a century ago!
Come on Bloods!!!
"You get the feeling that like Monty Python's Black Knight, the Swans would regard amputation as merely a flesh wound."
We can all see it, we just don't rabbit on about something we have no control over.....and I dare say things will change in the off season anyway. Have some faith.....
I think tonight’s been a good sign even if we lose
There’s a definite plan to move the ball quicker and more direct which has been a big problem

Do it for all those "supporters" who said we won't win another game this season. Do it to keep us in the finals race. Do it for the memory of our 1918 premiership side and the pride of our guernsey
Great fight back that qtr! Still not convinced that we will not blow it in the last but all i can say is we can only beat who they put in front of us.... and Collingwood supporters must be spewing at their injury list! Lol.
Crikey. The last 20 mins from us has been amazing. How can we turn it around like this when we've been so poor and stagnant over the last several weeks.

Ch7 are continually going on about Collingwoods injuries. I don't recall a single occasion that they've mentioned our injuries.
That is exactly what we should be doing. franklin is playing on first and second year players. We should have been exploiting that in the sewcond quarter but we didn't get the ball in the clearances. We also bombed to nobody. In that quarter at least we lowered our eyes. Short passed and hit up players on the lead. We also played on and created some run that quarter. That was missing in the first half.
Collingwood are down on strength. Really down on strength and then they lose Moore in the second quarter and that makes it far worse for them. Yes we have injuries; Naismith, Reid, Mills, grundy and Melican.
Collingwood's injury list is this; Broomhead, DeGoey, Dunn, Elliot, Goldsack, Howe, Reid, Scharenberg, Treloar & Wells.
