Swans chat Adam Goodes - What’s He Doing Now?

“Adam Goodes has swapped Aussie Rules for local park soccer and admits it’s the sport he’s always loved.”

    I still miss him!

That's a great article. 4 goals in his first game.....who's surprised? Even though I knew he already was, I'm really glad he's happy in life.....a class human being and a furking legend!

Surely Goodsey should’ve got a trial adhead of Usain Bolt at the Mariners

Very happy he’s found a team activity outside AFL, and is really enjoying it.
          It’s awesome.
          Great bloke.

I don't know why, but before reading the article I assumed he would be the goalie.

If my memory serves my correctly, didn't he play as a goalie and was quite good at it prior to moving to AFL?

                Oh bless.
I'm so happy that he's happy.
I'd love to go and watch him play.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

Thanks Meg - a genuinely heartwarming read. I'm so pleased to hear he's enjoying life.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)
