    A well-balanced ROK

The Heath James thread mentioned ROK's posture and I thought it was worth another look. Ryan has always struck me as an exceptionally well-balanced runner and kicker, and yesterday's performance only added to the impression. My question is how much of this is natural ability and how much is down to the yoga regime he's been on?
Perhaps others are showing the benefit too - I'm thinking of Fossy, who has started this season the way he finished the last. What do the punters reckon?
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

The title of this thread should have been:

    "Solid as a ROK"

Haha, pure genious! Geez I'm a comedian, sorry.
