They looked so happy with that win! As they should for such a young side

      That was so enjoyable
He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.

Swannies maintained the mongrel and intensity for four quarters .
Remarkable performance, will give the youngsters a lot of ticker.

The willingness to put their bodies on the line to smother was a highlight.

Yes, I noticed a late stat that smothers were 10-2 in our favour.

So many good performances but Rowbottom was sensational. 18 touches but majority contested. I know TheBloods thinks he doesn’t get enough of it but 18 in shortened quarters is akin to 22-25 in longer games I reckon. That and he’s only 20 and played 20 odd games. And how we wins them has to be taken into consideration. To me he looks like he’ll be our next Joe/ Parker. Love him.

Clarko press conference - well we kicked 1.5 in the last which doesn’t help. I’m Sure half of those were rushed or never going to be goals. Plus sooking about the Papley free kick goal. God I hate this little worm. Long may you suffer.

Then some sycophant journo offers up “ you had 6 players 21 or under today , do you think that gets lost in all the old hawks talk “. Give us a spell. They have 6 over 30 too.

Anyone that think's Rowbottom hasn't been sensational overall so far has rocks in their head. The kid is going to be a star - end of story.

The Hawks are baked. Their young players are crap and their old ones past is. The wanking over wingard who did absolutely nothing was ridiculous in the commentary box.

Rampey and ofc Papley were a couple of standouts for mine. As the commentator summed it up pretty well, Rampey is wearing a cape with a broken hand. Saved goals, had the balls to switch it and cut across the middle, all that with a broken hand... fantastic!

Clarko whinging we had an extra player on the ground with the free kick count going 22 - 13 against the Hawks. He can't help himself. I remember similar free count against us in 2012 GF. He should also look at the 2016 GF free kick count. We've mostly been on the rough end of stick with free kicks but I've never recalled Horse whinging about it in press conference.

Biggest sook in the game. Waaaaah waaah waaah is all you hear out of him when his team doesn't win. He just can't come to the cold hard fact they are going backwards fast.

Clarkson is a sook. He looks for excuses when he should be focusing what's in his control i.e. his players. As an aside i went to school with him and he was a terrific person back then.

There are some talented kids on our list. Just need time. After that performance, Rampe is booked into the Swans all time legends (as is there was any doubt). Stevens is a jet. You can see him finding his way but has all the attributes to really hurt the opposition with run and carry. Taylor has time. I loved watching his celebrations with Bell. Bet it made Bud happy.

Her can't handball or kick over a jam tim but I like Clarke. Just gives his all. I thought Gray was very ordinary.

Congrats to Ling on his debut. I hope he pushes on from here.

Our best win of the year and confirmation again we are on the right track.

Rampe out of this world and Paps was Paps. But Rowbottom was fantastic. You can see what Elijah Taylor will be able to do - both the goal and field kicking. Blakey was nudging back into form. Florent was better. Ling looked just fine. Dawson was terrific.

And a special nod to Aliir - best game of the year - and Robbie Fox. He’s never going to be a star but boy he has a go and does a lot right.
