Yes, the commentary seems to be the local Casey radio station. So my theory is that something went wrong with the cable for the you tube feed, so they've bodgied up a solution that involved putting a radio next to their effects mike.

Being at the game for the last three quarters 2 things stood out to me first of all umpiring in the VFL is as crappy as in the AFL secondly Melbourne reserves skill level is much better than Sydney reserves both in tight with their handball and also with their kicking to open targets

Questionable Umpire Standard. Our forward entries are not effective. Samsmith played all 4 Quarters but nothing spectacular. The effort was evident but none screaming for Seniors selection except for injury replacements.

The commentary is coming through the left speaker channel, while the crowd noise is coming through the right channel. So just adjust the balance so everything comes through the left channel only.

This will also change the free kick count in favour of the Swans.

The game commentators were discussing Kaiden Brand during the 3rd qtr. They thought he was playing very well and deserved a callup to the senior team. He was playing on Ben Brown to that point, so had quality tall opposition. Maybe he's the one to take on Harry McKay.

I went out at three quarter time to the huddle and saw the defensive group and at the start of that huddle Brand was very vocal in what they've been doing wrong

It had no affect on the result but the umpiring was a disgrace. I counted 10 Melbourne free kicks before the Swans received one. Chopping of the arms, head high tackles mean nothing if you were wearing a red and white jumper. Spoilt the game. The positive was that Logan Mcdonald was back to his best, kicked 3 goals and would have been six if the upfield delivery was not so woeful. Gray, Taylor and COR were good. Naismith was very average today. Brand and Gould were also solid.

I thought Bell was probably our best in that quarter. O'Riordan, Taylor and Gray all good. Possibly the main difference was the Demons crumbed the ball much better in the forward 50. Not sure why we're persisting with Collis: nothing good happens when he gets the ball.

Well, that's possibly why he's in the side. It doesn't appear to be his playing skills.
