What a spectacular win! Almost every player who’s been questioned on here stepped up.

Bell, Lizard, McCartin, Amartey, Wicks, Florent, Fox.

RB didn’t get a lot of it though

Youtuber Riles "All the Swans Goals" highlights are going to be fun viewing later as are the match highlights. Shall post links when Riles delivers.

I’ve been on the bourbons (not UDL cans). More Australian than Champagnes.

I need a new story. We won without Chad.

Really happy for Blakey. Thought he was great. Heeney back in form. Mills superb.

People will be happy with umpires.

Laidler much maligned as development coach. Blakey has kicked on as a defender as well. People too quick to turn on someone.

LoL. I still think Ollie kicks to the other team too often. They couldn’t get their hands on the ball but he still managed to find them.

Loved the party hats and whistles - made it all the more fun.
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

That’s why they are coaches and I am not. Thought Fox would be monstered but he had a great game.

That was funny as! Must be his mates from school days - taking the piss of the 'barty party'.

Great stuff - Amartey had a superb game today. Have to keep giving him time to prove himself. I like Mclean too, but Amartey offers more around the ground and is more than serviceable in the ruck - he held his own against Nic Nat at times. Great stuff

Biggest worry is the continuation of McCartin's poor disposal. He already has 5 clangers. He can't stop kicking the ball back to the Eagles.

The Eagles pressure was pretty good in the 1st quarter, but now they've given up.

I've been saying that for awhile. We don't need Heeney forward with Hayward playing so well.
You can't be serious.Heeney on fire in last quarter. If he kicks straight, he bags 6.

I still think Blakey could make a very fine midfielder in time (or forward) - but I liked what he showed today, there was a lot to like of him in that role. Creates a bit more discpline on his immediate priorities, and a bit more of a focus on first thought in what he does with the ball. Great to see as he has been struggling so much this season trying to work out 'what he is'.

So much to like out of that performance today - and while West Coast were friggin awful, that was partially their fault, but a lot of it was the intense pressure from us, great workrate, and in general good ball use. We really do seem to play GMBHA pretty well - it suits a handball game like we can play when we play well.

You wonder if McLean or Reid might be given a go down back?
