Young Daniel was brilliant till the age of 24 wasn’t he.

Then he developed some predilections that I can appreciate but weren’t necessarily compatible with AFL football.
'Delicious' is a fun word to say

Whenever the Dees get close, the umps come to the fore. Damn Fairypuppies are blessed!

Now 8 free kicks to 23! Makes the 2016 GF look even handed!

Melbourne closed up the game were coming home strong looked good enter the Bont in two minutes a goal and goal assist and the blessed Bulldogs are home . He is some player and probably should be taking home the Brownlow this year.

Your question marks indicate an element of surprise ???? the free kick count for the year for the Fairy pups was 349 for 283 against before this game.

Par for the course. Nothing to see here, business as usual.

Yes, Bontempelli was magnificent but his team gets away with murder.

Frees 25-11 ??? not in the least bit surprised. Questioning how it happens and is expected to happen for the fairypups every game. Are they just so slick with their handball/throwing that it impossible for the umpires to discern without the benefit of a camera replay that can be slowed down? There definitely are some throws that are clear on TV that are not penalised and their opposition as a result are missing out on a number of frees that would go a long way to evening up the free kick count. When their opposition attempt the very slick handball style of the fairypups they possibly are not as skilled at disguising the throw and get pinged far more often for a throw. It has become a serious blight on the game. I actually feel for the umpires as it happens so quickly and must be nigh impossible for them to adjudicate.

Late in the game Mcrae gets the footy in traffic close to the boundary and blatantly throws the ball to Bontempelli who goals. All this within a couple of metres of the umpire. They also get a lot of holding frees where they are carried forward with momentum in a tackle after they dispose/throw of the ball. What else can the tackler do.
Others sides get few of these.

Spot on. I watched the whole game and would admit that the majority of the frees the Dogs received were there. It's what they get away with that's the killer. Holding the ball, dropping the ball, throwing the ball and more. They hardly get pinged for those things whereas their opponent do.

It's truly (and constantly) sickening isn't it. The AFL need a "please explain" on this continued and relentless bias. It's a blight on the game.

Three minutes to go in the first half, Geelong 8.2.50, Richmond 1.4.10. Hard to believe Richmond have won three of the last four flags,
as right now they look like they'll never score another goal again.

If the Giants win today they will leapfrog from 12th into the 8. That's a huge jump this late in the season.

We are really going to find it hard making 4th place. PA only have on hard game, WB in round 23. Brisbane should win their final 4. So even if we win all our remaining games, we still need to pile on the percentage to push past them. It looks like we are locked into 6th.
