It's starting to look like Jack Reiwoldt's claim that no one will want to meet Richmond in the finals is becoming somewhat moot.

They have been banged up by injury this year though, which didn't happen 17-20. Not sure we've seen the last of them just yet.
It's very hard to live in a studio apartment in San Jose with a man who's learning to play violin. That's what she told the police when she handed them the empty revolver.

We are really going to find it hard making 4th place. PA only have on hard game, WB in round 23. Brisbane should win their final 4. So even if we win all our remaining games, we still need to pile on the percentage to push past them. It looks like we are locked into 6th.
Pretty happy with WCE @ GMHBA stadium for week 1 of the finals

I won't take up space by mentioning all teams but here is the free kick differential ladder PRIOR TO this round.

        1. Western Bulldogs +66
        2. North Melbourne +37
        3. Carlton +28
        =16 St.Kilda -31
        =16 SWANNIES -31
        18 Richmond -75

This information was sent to me by a disgruntled Demon supporter. I have compared her information to figures from https://afltables.com/afl/stats/frees.html#2021 and there may be a slight discrepancy in real figures but you get the picture.

Who'd have thought at the start of the season that after 18 games, we'd be musing about our chances of making the top 4!

I'm predicting whoever wins this evening's game between Essendon and GWS will finish the season in 8th spot.

It’s not a bad bet given Richmond look deeply cooked.

The Blessed Bulldogs pulling further ahead on the free kick differential ladder 374-294 127.1%
They must be either the most disciplined team in the competition or, as their supporters justify this imbalance the hardest at the ball.

So the teams around 8th are winning 50% of there games, so you'd think GWS have to win 2 of the next 4. They play 2 teams below them : Carlton and Richmond.
So only there's to stuff up really.
