Anti-Swans (on the ABC)....how so? I was actually quoting that commentary with the wrong Buddy incident. I now acknowledge the actual Buddy elbow is a little different to the Shuey one.....he'll probably get a week.

I thought Shuey elbowed Mills in the face and knocked him to the ground. How is the Buddy one different?

It’s quite disgusting and not a good look for the AFL, really. Surely there’s an unwritten law that says those sort of comments are not on. To be honest, it felt like the rest of the commentary team were hoping dermie would STFU.

I thought Shuey elbowed Mills in the face and knocked him to the ground. How is the Buddy one different?

It isn't much different actually. Bud should have had a free because Logue continued the tackle once they were obmver the line and wouldn't let go even though he knew it was OOB. If the umpire had given the free or the boundary umpire whistled it up sooner this could have been avoided.
