    Mighty.

Mills is a genius. Paps superb. Dawson marking and kicking terrific. Parker in beast mode in second half. And while he wasn’t as dominant as last few weeks, full credit to Heeney for the moment that truly got us going.

And special mention to JMac. He truly deserves to win the Rising Star and easing him into our midfield mix gives us a flourish that’s crucial. More power to the coaches for what they’ve done to develop him since he was sent back to reserves last year to work on some things. He returned such a different player and you could see instantly what he’d become. And all credit to him for being as hard working a player as anyone in the side.
'Delicious' is a fun word to say

For the first time in 98 years, the Swans are champions of the MCG (against Essendon)!

Glad we have finished ASADons season. They shouldn't even be in the league
        Harsh. But fair.

          Wonderful football to watch.

Brilliant from both teams. Both over 100 points.

Love the ball movement and corridor play.

The way football should be played

Ditto on both counts. The only positive to come out of games like this is that I have learned to temper my wrath ... a bit.
But overall a good win for us and thanks to the top youngsters, especially Gulden. Joey improved as the game went on and another useful contribution from the Lizard.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

                You magnificent little Cygnets!!!

Any win is fantastic but beating the Injectors? Just brilliant!

                GO BLOODS!!

ABC Radio votes: Papley 3; Mills 2; Merrett 1. Possibly Dawson a bit unlucky.

Now lets hope the Giants do us a huge favour

                    I can't believe we had only 47 inside 50s for 17 goals.

That was the best game of footy in 2021. Essendon are a seriously good footy side and threw everything at it. That's a massive win.

Haven't seen the game yet but I've opened a top McLaren Shiraz to enjoy when I sit down to view it shortly.

Had a quick squiz at the stats, Jmac 6 clearances caught my eye, he really is a surprise packet this year.

The Injectors just edge out the Hawks as my favourite team to beat, pity scores are always so tight.

Off to view it now, wine glass and nibbles in hand :-)

                          JMac? 28 disposals, 6 clearances

In a year of goal kicking inaccuracy, this game was incredible from both sides. No one could miss.

Good effort all around. Dawson, JMac, Blakey and Mills were super.

The only negative for me was Bell, who had another invisible game. Surely we can get more from someone else.

It's a worry how we didn't try anything to shut down Merrett and Parish. I hate to say it, but Kennedy shouldn't be at the centre bounces. He simply cannot defend when the opposition get the ball. I would play Kennedy at forward.

I think JPK stopped attending centre bounces and it was Mills, Parker and JMac

Wonderful contest . Swans were often loose with picking up their men, but they certainly made up for it with the pressure and accuracy .
