    Swans chat 2022 Captaincy

I can't help thinking Luke Parker is our most inspirational leader at the moment and therefore should be our sole captain for next season at least. I acknowledge the co-captaincy model has served us well which we can return to in the future, but for now Luke is our man. Don't mind whoever they make VC (Rampe, Mills or whoever they see fit from the leadership group).

JPK is likely to step down from the role next year as it's also likely (sadly) to be his last.

I think it's almost certain JPK steps down. Rampe - who knows.

But Swans seem to like the co-captaincy model, and Mills has always seemed the next logical addition to the group.

I'd be happy with that also.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

I can’t see the Swans abandoning the go-captaincy model

Sorry,"out" just seemed a little too harsh for a club captain. I'm sure you meant nothing by it

I was using standard team selection terminology, but agree your language is softer.

I see no reason why Rampe shouldn't stay as captain too.

I correctly predicted Lloyd and Harry in our leadership group lets see if i can give it another go this year

I reckon Jmac will get elevated
