I'm a McLean fan, I know many have questioned his mobility but he actually does a power of work off the ball and for a big man, had good endurance. Strong overhead and a nice kick, I think he's a good foil for Buddy and Logan.

I'm excited to see how Stephens and Campbell go tonight. You would think one would be cut for Lloyd when he is back. Hopefully both have ripper games to force some selection headaches.

Sam Reid surely to be the sub. Good versatility in able to play back, forward or ruck.

So much to look forward to tonight - Buddy, Blakey off half back, JMac tearing it up, big bucketts McLean, Heeney in the midfield, Logan to kick a few, Paddy down back etc

I like him too. He's a solid, honest player.

At times I think he tries to be too unselfish in front of goal, looking to pass the ball when he is within his rights to take a shot for goal himself. It's a fine line between being too shot-happy and too shot-shy, but I'd love to see him just edge slightly closer to that line.

          Love the enthusiasm.

I'll add Mills and Gulden to that.

I'm looking for big things from Florent and Hayward this year, for them to join Heeney, Paps and Mills as middle tier movers and shakers, their 'development' wheels off.

Was a bit complicated because I didn’t have my swans membership login , I’ve changed my address and I didn’t update my membership details so I didn’t have much of a trail to work with. I followed Ugg’s advice and got the barcodes from the membership portal.
They don't make it easy - OTOH the Sydney Swans membership team are one of the very few call centres I don't hesitate to call. Always friendly and helpful and invariably solve your problem.

I thought Roberts might come in for Warner. He may be in protocols too.

                O'Riordan for sub.

What's up with Parker?? Caught holding the ball and then a shocking kick at goal. His goal kicking is normally so good.

Have we had a free kick yet? Honestly- here we go again...

But I will say that the Giants are playing some attractive footy...

I hope Buddy kicks at least 2 today...and saves 3 for next week at the SCG...

Oh do the Giants have any fans? looks like a sea of red and white to me

It’s only 4 to 1 against in the free kick count. It is hard sometimes to support such an obviously ill disciplined team

Giants mid-field is playing hard footy…just outplaying the boys. And Himmelberg…damn…

If the Swans play this game as the Buddy-fest the media wants they are going to get killed. They can’t force it in like they used to…his goals need to come naturally with the flow of the game or not at all…

I hate watching footy at this ground - the grass is always so long it just makes slipping/sliding more prevalent.

Very poor 2nd part of that 1/4 from the Swans. We are getting killed out of the centre.

Rowbottom to Green and lock him down

Centre clearances are killing us!! Can't win games letting the opposition just run out of the centre.

I think we are a bit fumbly and not clean. Credit to the Giants, their pressure is causing us to panic in the back line and we are rushing our kicks. Also we are getting caught in the middle.
