I have to take me hat to Sam Docherty. For someone to come through what he has, and to come into the side and play as well as he did, is no mean feat. He must be mentally so strong, plus it is not easy to regain your touch so quickly. A better player than I thought he was.

We lost George due to cap issues- none of us wanted him to leave. The club sometimes has to make these tough decisions and I’m sure management and coaching staff didn’t want this either. Sad, but we move on TB. Let’s enjoy what we have!

I think it’s funny there’d still be Saints fans thinking man, we nailed that off season where we trashed two seasons of draft picks and sent Josh Bruce on his way but got Dougall Howard, Zac Jones, Dan Butler and Brad Hill in exchange.
