Great quarter. This is what I was hoping would happen. A shame we let them kick those 2 goals.

We were finally taking marks around the ground. The Blues pressure fell away and I thought we moved the ball well.

Can we keep it going in the last quarter?

Exactly. It was 20 to 8 frees at half time. Ridiculous.

We won the count 8 to 4 that quarter so it will probably back to normal transmission in the last.

Much much better footy in that quarter. Still feel like they'll have another run or we will fall just short, but that was an impressive quarter where we got the game on our terms. Probably didn't quite get reward for effort in total, but pleasing to see us reset at half time and be able to effectively get the game on our terms.

If we can kick the first 2 or 3 in the last they may wilt off a 5 day break. But whatever happens, happy with the effort and endeavour in the quarter. And after the game I'll go out and buy a lottery ticket, after an incorrect disposal call was actually made by an umpire in that quarter.

Take out the 7 goals in 10 minutes in Q2 and we’re well ahead.
