Ive got no problem with it , i have heard swans coaches say far worse things than take a hike to players before . But its harsh and if i said it about you know who you 'd never hear the end of it

TB, I would like to make a proposal re RB. Let’s see how he goes in 2 big games against the Tigers and Dees, assuming he plays both games. If he plays ok and holds his own, you will then agree to lay off. I’m happy for you to be the judge as you can be fair- all I ask is that you assess him re the contribution to the team. If he bombs out, then I for one will agree with you, for what it’s worth. Of course 2 games may not be indicative but these are big games and every player needs to show what he is capable of as Richmond is a form team and Melbourne are unbeaten. What do you say?

Nah, I thought 'take a hike' was quite appropriate.....even if TB had said it....but it would likely have had a faux expletive in front of it. That's when the 'gallows' come in.

I very much like what I've seen so far of Roberts and Sheldrick I think they're both going to be very good players long-term.

Saw a lot of him last year playing SANFL seniors with South Adelaide, competitive, good disposal and runs all day. Was rapt when we called his name at pick 34, later than he should have gone IMO, now we'll see.

So it's Rowbottom and Roberts in for Kennedy and .....

Does Campbell stay in the side as well. He came in for Kennedy as the medical sub. If so, that would be RB, Roberts and Campbell, for Kennedy, Bell & ? Could be Wicks or COR, or perhaps a surprise, like resting a player (JMac). I guess we'll just wait and see.

Anyway, really happy to see Roberts come in. I commented in the VFL thread that he looks like a draft steal at pick 34. He's been very impressive this season.
