Reid misses, they kick 'em. So we go in 10 points down.

Could have done without that late goal, but we're right in it. Rowbottom and Parker have been huge. Florent looks so good running out of defence. It'd be nice if we got a holding the ball decision sometime soon.

Defenders punching the ball into the path of oncoming forwards is bloody suicide. When did Tom McCartin decide that this was better than marking the ball?

If there is a chance of a free kick to Melbourne on the Members wing Stevic will pay it every time.

How was Petracca allowed to be so close to Buddy?

We are right in this despite that disappointing goal. Just need some better composure in using the ball and date I say it a little more patience going forward.

And some reward for endeavour in the tackle wouldn't go astray either.

This is spot on re our ball movement forward of centre being smarter, and we’re right in it.

They are a hard team to play against because they are so strong in the air defensively ... if we play slow they'll get us, but if we try to play fast they'll force a turnover ...

They are on top all over the ground so far. Some lucky bounces to them but their pressure is higher. Buddy needs to play grown up footy. Clarke needs to kick it when under pressure. We need to not kick it to May or Gawn. Simples

We really have to fix our forward entries. Too many intercept marks by Melbourne.

Why wasn't that 50 metres to Buddy? The Melbourne player wasn't even 5 metres away from him before he played on.

I knew Darcy wouldn't let me down. I'm listening to Triple M and he has called McInerney Wicks twice!

We are good enough by foot to play slow though. We have to nail the last kick but low kicks that make it a 1 on 1 contest, not a free for all will give us a lot more of a chance.

Buddy needs to lead to the pockets to take May away from the main action,

Our errors are costing us dearly at the moment.

Not sure how many times you can get spun around anymore but it's more than it used to be.
