Don't care one little bit that there are no expectations placed on Hawthorn this year.

They're a grub of a club and I dearly want our Cygnets to really turn it on in this last quarter.

Grind 'em Bloods and send them to the bottom of the ladder where they belong!

Hopefully we finish it off for a 100 point win please.

Florent has been great. Really good start to the season for him.

Yes, and even though Hawthorn are at the bottom of a rebuild, I doubt if there's a whole lot of difference in the average age of the sides out there today.

We haven't played the best in the last part of the last quarter. They have had too many shots at goal for a bottom side.

A minor disappointment to not win by 100, but 81 points is still satisfying. Good players all over the ground.

Put the tools back in the shed a bit early.

Did not hear McLean’s name called (listening, not watching). You’d expect him to figure a bit more in this sort of game.

Agreed Maltopia, we relaxed a bit but probably easy to do in that situation.

Our percentage is 232 which is very good but we need to beat Melbourne to prove our worth.

I thought Ladhams was very good - best I've seen him play for us. Obviously McDonald and Amartey impressed too - interesting with Buddy coming back.

                Tadhg's votes on ABC Radio.
                McDonald - 3, Mills - 2, Gulden - 1.

Struth! Only 36 posts for a home game against Hawthorn!!??? Was it a yawn fest?

Very satisfying win, particularly as it showed the Hawks are in for an extended time at the bottom. I noticed Nash for the Hawks did several nasty little things, including the high hit on Mills late in the game which he should cop a fine for.

They're probably happy to win the Spoon and Harley Reid. Can't see them beating Norf next week, who have genuine talent

McLean out for Buddy is the obvious change. Only one ruck now at Melbourne.

I thought Kellie Underwood announcing there were 3 sets of Brothers at the Swans was a highlight.

We do have a tendancy to do that, fortunately the Hawks goalkicking didn't improve much, so only 2 goals from 8? shots - less damage to the percentage than could have been.

Anyone know why Almartey was subbed out pretty early in the second half? Was it an injury or to manage our tall stocks with Hickey out for a while and Reid uncertain?

No mention of any injury on the radio.

Maybe precautionary and coaches wanted to give young Roberts a run.

Horse said in the post match that the plan was to have Amartey play three quarters if possible - he wasn't injured - he is just building back in to match fitness after pre season injury

Just to defend Kellie Underwood, we do have three sets of brothers at the club.
