Larkey though?. He's the perfect target [emoji457]
Agree. Has family in NSW, too.

Would we lose McDonald then to West Coast as there, he would be the number 1 forward after Darling retires - what we have been promising him here after Franklin retires, only for us to bring in Larkey?

If Cameron and Hawkins can play together, larkey and McDonald can too.

He’d be vying with Oscar Allen for Number 1 at WC. Also wouldn’t be playing any finals for many, many years, if ever.

Maybe a bit of Indian sore losing in the end. Great game, great win.

I really like this one-game, neutral venue, 6* day, every 2 years format.

Oscar Allen is a second/third tall still despite being drafted in 2017 as befits a pick 21. Admittedly he was behind Josh Kennedy and Darling.

McDonald as a pick 4, is being feted as the future big dog to build your attack around, and he comes from WA who have heaps of trade capital and salary cap room with looming retirements of Nic Nat, Shuey, Hurn, etc.

Ahh, finally Melbourne put a set shot through. They seem to have been on top for most of the game, but haven't put Collingwood away.

They should be five or six goals up and beyond doubt with 10 to go.

I'd quite like a Brodie Grundy goal for the sealer.

I see Butler got off on appeal for his tackle on Blakey....it appears to be OK to slam a Swans players head into the ground.....whereas if your a Swan and you do the same to a Vic based player, it's NOT OK.

Not fussed on this one. Wasn't malicious. Also, lizards are a special case!
