Houston kicks it right on the pointy end of the ball which gives it a really decent roost . Had to hit it so spot on .

Unless it was Campbell. Or maybe Gulden.

I keep reflecting on Campbell's nerveless set shot in the last. The dude is completely clutch.

Port game insane stuff! Looking ahead -

Essendon hanging in the eight by a thread. Got next four games Cows at Marvel, Geelong at Kardinia, Umpires pets at Marvel, then us at Marvel - that's a heap of difficult eight point games. Finish with Pies at the MCG.

Cows no certainties either, in the run home have Melbourne at the MCG, Brisbane at the Gabba, Port Showdown and an eight pointer against us at Adelaide Oval

But looking at the ladder, I was also thinking how excellent that Carlton are certainly missing finals again :-)

Carlton have such a big advantage playing without a ruckman. It should be against the rules.

Half way through the second quarter, the Giants have received one free kick. Melbourne have received 10.

                  14 - 1 at half time.

I wonder if that's some sort of record?

West Coast have started well against the Saints, up by 13 points about halfway through the first quarter.

Well done Giants! Lost the free kick count 25 - 10 but still prevailed!

24 up at half time. On last week's evidence, I can't really see it lasting, but oh how we'll laugh if it does.

I hate St.Kilda and would love to see the Eagles knock them off. Like deja, I can't see it happening but here's hoping!!

St.Kilda well on top of the Eagles just before 3/4 time. Dammit!!

Just checked the scores from the last two games today....WTF Demons and how bad are St Kilda atm?

Post edit: just realised the Saints game is still in progress and they've been down most of the game.....wow!
