Swans chat For Fun I asked Chat GP to create a new version of the theme song

    RESPONSE

The Sydney Swans already have an iconic team song, but let's create a variation or a remix of their existing song to give it a fresh touch. Here's a new take for the Sydney Swans:

(To the tune of "Cheer, Cheer, the Red and the White")

    Verse 1:
Out on the field, with passion and might,
Swans take flight, in red and white.
Battles are fierce, as we stand tall,
For Sydney's pride, we give our all.

    Chorus:
Cheer, cheer, the Swans are here,
    Flying high, without a fear.
In red and white, we'll stand as one,
The Swans united, until we're done.

    Verse 2:
Through the highs and lows, we'll rise,
    Underneath the stadium lights.
With heart and soul, we'll strive to win,
For the Sydney Swans, let the games begin.

    Chorus:
Cheer, cheer, the Swans are here,
    Flying high, without a fear.
In red and white, we'll stand as one,
The Swans united, until we're done.

    Bridge:
From the harbor city to the MCG,
Our pride and spirit, for all to see.
In the rain or under the sun,
The Swans' journey has just begun.

    Chorus:
Cheer, cheer, the Swans are here,
    Flying high, without a fear.
In red and white, we'll stand as one,
The Swans united, until we're done.

    Outro:
So sing it loud, the Swans' refrain,
    Through victories and every game.
In red and white, we'll always fight,
For Sydney's glory, day and night

No offence to you, given your post is in the spirit of fun but ...

As someone who writes professionally for a living, Chat GPT offends me and this is a great example of why. It's hackneyed, generic garbage.

I mean: "Battles are fierce, as we stand tall" . . . Non sequitur word salad. It'd be great as a Talking Heads or Bob Dylan lyric, but as a team song, kill me.

I should be thankful though. I am actually starting to get clients from people who have tried using it and realised it's gibberish - and are in desperate need of someone to fix the drivel.

      Rant over.
'Delicious' is a fun word to say

There's an interesting article in today's Guardian about Google's AI image generator. It was copping some flak for racially stereotypical images. For instance, when asked for a picture of a judge, it came up with a white man. Or alternatively, when asked for a gunman, it usually generated a black man. Unfortunately, their attempt at a fix is also problematic. In that, it's generating racially diverse images of Vikings, US founding fathers and WW11 Nazis. Whoops.
