@@@@ @@@@ @@@@ Grundy is injured!!!!!! This would be an absolute nightmare game if we lost him. He is pointing to his shoulder while talking to the doctor.

Bloody hell we can't get it below 20 points. Fremantle are killing us in the middle. Was that really a dangerous tackle by Rampe? It looked like he let him go.

Back to 20. Well done Wicksy!

Much better quarter. Pressure definitely lifted. Would have loved Heeney to kick that goal.

We need to kick the first goal to keep the pressure on them. We look dangerous every time we go forward. (Although to be fair so do they).

1pt not the end of the world

Too much left to too few

When our exceptional aren't exceptional the ones that have been carried are exposed

                    Blakey exceptional
Mclean Good, a few others came good but too late
                    Wicks did his job

Too late this year but we have missed a huge chance to get some games into guys for others that haven't done enough to hold a spot.
All this don't change a winning team is leaving us a bit vulnerable.

Mills and Parks aside, Fox and to a lesser extend Roberts are the only 2 who can come in and have an impact. Can't expect anything from any of the others as they haven't been given and opportunity.

Amarteys 9 goal game has him stuck in for the rest of the year but today was pathetic, name another defender on the Freo team aside from Ryan. He should have had a field day, needs to do more

So we're back.....over four hours since the match finished? WTF is going on with this site? Very frustrating.

Anyway, the normally reliable Logan misses the chance to become a hero....but as Horse said in the presser, it's not his fault that the Swans put themselves in that position.

I'm not too worried by this loss...it was a great comeback and maybe the loss we had to have. The slow starts are a worry, we need to remedy that.

Bombers, GWS and Magpies all losing leave us not losing any ground in terms of the top two. Carlton have the bye against the Tigers so they will make up a game but it will still be two games clear plus a heap of percentage.
Those who have the greatest power to hurt us are those we love.

It doesnt take much to be outclassed - the Dockers were clean and silky skillful, and the Swans were sloppy and sleepy.
Yep, the loss was nothing to do with one dob after the siren.
Too much second gear. Good lesson .

Doesn’t hurt for a few of the big names to be humbled and as they say it really was a game of 2 half’s.

What a frustrating game. I think it was our worst performance of the year and yet we still only lost by 1 point. And really we should have won with all the play we had at the end.

Our skills were better last week in the wet. Our midfield was down and our pressure was down. It was too easy for them to transition from their backline.

When Logan marked at the end I said please at least make the distance. Nope. The ball went in the same direction his body was turned to. He needed to stick to his normal goal kicking routine. It was a difficult shot from that distance but he should have at least scored a point.

I'm not blaming the Logan miss for the loss. Yet again we had a slow start that continued until halftime. We have to stop this. We can't be so far behind in finals.
